The Family Literacy Training Institute provides training to over 100 practitioners each year from a variety of sectors. Various family literacy program models are presented including: Books for Babies, Storysacks, B.O.O.K.S. and Rhymes that Bind. It also provides an Introduction to Family Literacy workshop and various professional development sessions.
The Family Literacy Training Institute 2010 will be held in Edmonton at the Shaw Conference Centre from Monday, July 12 to 14.
